Additional details
We hold an annual ice cream social each year in March as a fundraiser. Due to the pandemic we need to consider how we can extend this event virtually. We are also opened to new ideas and themes. This fundraiser focuses on higher quantity in smaller donation amounts and is part of Amplify Austin, city wide day of giving campaign. We are needing assistance with event concept and planning the event.
What we have in place
- We currently have metrics from past events, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have past flyers, social media artworks, and posts, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to continue to grow our programming.
EGBI believes that all businesses should be profitable, sustainable, and an asset to the community. The ice cream social theme is a ore casual fundraiser that our clients are more inclined to participate and contribute.
Raising additional funds from this event will allow us to help more small business owners.
