Partnership Proposal Presentation

What We Need
  • A new partnership proposal presentation, or an update of an existing proposal in Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, or another presentation software
  • Best practices and tactics for structuring an effective partnership proposal
Additional Details

We're looking for help creating a sponsorship deck for corporate sponsors.
We need: graphic design, proposal creation, and storytelling expertise
Outputs include A new partnership proposal presentation (in Powerpoint, Google Slides, or another presentation software) - we can work with you on this and get you most of the content, what we need support with is best practices and tactic

What We Have In Place
  • We have the corporations we want to target; pictures of kiddos reading; a compelling mission and a call to action.

    *You have some background in proposal/partnership development, or, are willing to teach yourself a new skill!
    *You want to give back and make a difference in the lives of thousands of kids and families
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to secure a keynote speaker and other necessary specialists for the event.

The successful execution of the sponsorship packet will aid us in continuing to build our support base and increase the reach of our organization.

  • Existing partnership proposals (if applicable)
  • Specific elements to be included in the proposal, such as data, graphics, images, or key brand messaging
  • Organizational background materials helpful in crafting the pitch, such as mission and vision, annual report, or other fundraising or communication materials

Milestone 1: Brainstorm
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss the goals, intended audience, and desired length of the presentation

Milestone 2: Outline
  • Professional outlines the new pitch to convey overall presentation arc, slides to be included, and important supporting elements
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback, which Professional incorporates

Milestone 3: Final Deliverable
  • Professional delivers a final draft of the presentation, along with notes to help guide presentation delivery
