What we need
  • Well-written and compelling copy for marketing or communication materials; examples include a brochure, blog post, one-pager/fact sheet, fundraising/promotional materials

Looking for a creative copywriter with writing skills on educational products geared towards middle school students and parents.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a communication plan and value proposition outlined., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have identified channels and target audience., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to use funds saved to hire additional educators to write curriculum for additional STEM lesson plans.

Copy is required to reach the appropriate target and factsheets will h the product simplify ongoing communication.

Our mission

The mission of The GEMS Camp (Girls interested in Engineering, Mathematics, and Science) is to build confidence in urban teen girls in grades 7-12 through five core areas called the 5 Karat Gems - Academics, Career, Creativity, Leadership, and Service - so that they will be successful in STEM studies and careers. GEMS' vision is to change the trajectory of generational poverty for underrepresented girls' families via college and career readiness.
