Copy writing services to develop an Annual Impact Report

What We Have In Place
  • The agency has not prepared an annual report in a few year, so we be starting from scratch. And will need a template of what information/details to include. We will have annual audit figures that can be included but will certainly need impressive write ups on our programs and service.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to the savings impact our bottom line and allows the funding to be used in our program services

This will enable our current and prospective supporters to know how the League is serving the community. This will also provide the potential for additional funding to the organization which will ultimately increase our reach of support to the clients we serve.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides examples of existing communications and marketing materials such as links to website and social media, brochures, and other collateral
  • Volunteer Manager provides brand messaging guide and marketing strategy (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager communicates initial concept for deliverables to be created
Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of copywriting deliverables, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing
Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares first drafts of copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length
Milestone 3: Finalize Copy
  • Professional incorporates feedback and submits final copy for review
