Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
What we have in place
  • We currently have some basic knowledge of Salesforce, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Salesforce up and running and some reports created, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to keep our program coordinators in the community to help continue our mission and serve teens.

This project is important so we can establish a process and procedure for consistent data entry, understand the full functionality of the tool and to automate some processes for our small non-profit staff.

Testimonials

Tanmay was great and very knowledgeable about Salesforce. He is really good at taking the complex programming aspect of Salesforce and breaking it down into easy understandable parts. He is also good about making sure you really understand and is open to any and all questions to make sure you get it.
