What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What We Have In Place
  • We currently have organizational overview, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff directory and goals, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to increase productivity and overall culture.

This will help manage the team and provide clear expectations and conduct of staff/volunteer

  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with existing Employee Handbook (if applicable), internal communications regarding employment policies and any other employment policies in place that may not be clearly communicated

Kuva Africa's mission is to provide girls and young women in Africa access to supportive communities, holistic experiences, and programming that will inspire
them to become innovators, leaders, and global change-makers in the STEM field.

We work with adolescent girls, ages 15-25 in Africa.

What We Do

We provide programs focused on developing technology skills, engineering, leadership, creativity, and entrepreneurship to prepare participants for the workforce.

We use our network to provide meaningful opportunities so young women can learn technical and professional development skills and gain experience in the workforce.
