We would like digital assets to help promote an upcoming online fundraiser.

What we have in place
  • We currently have the media and content to get you started, as well as a communications professional on staff to work with.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to serve students at Norwalk Community College.

Due to the pandemic we cannot stage in person fundraising events. Therefore reaching an audience online is at once critical and also very challenging. Having well-designed assets will help us effectively promote this event.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
