What we need
- A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional details
We are looking to update our "suite" of thank you letters for the 2021 fiscal year. Letters we would like to update include: general donor thank you letter (four versions - one per quarter), new donor thank you letter, foundation gift thank you letter, monthly donor thank you letter, and major donor welcome/thank you letter.
What we have in place
- We currently have copies of past thank you letters, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have direct mail pieces and brochures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to provide staff resources toward acquiring and working with new donors.
This project will provide us with the letter copy we need to thank donors in a meaningful and mission oriented way. We are looking forward to being able to change out the general donor letter copy four times per year, so donors who make more than one gift per year won't receive the same letter copy for each gift they make.
