What we need
- A well written, meaningful thank you letter (no more than 1,000 words or standard two-page letter) that effectively communicates how the donation has helped the Organization
Additional details
Because our operations have shifted significantly due to COVID, we are re-drafting our usual donor thank you letter and would love some new ideas! The basic letter remains the same but we have slightly different formats, (1) shorter email for donations under $250, (2) tax letter for over $250, and (3) membership donation thank you.
What we have in place
- We currently have current donation thank you letters, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have details about our current offerings/impact, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to start recovering staff hours and operations lost due to COVID-19 and focus on excellent exhibitions, outreach, and community engagement.
Especially this year, we want to convey our gratitude to donors of all donation ranges and keep them active in the gallery. Conversion, continued donations, and 'brand' loyalty are some of our goals.
