What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details

Looking to update current handbook. I have a new draft and would like a professional to audit and review policies as well as give recommendation. Also looking to make it employee friendly (easy to read).

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have new handbook draft, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the old outdated handbook, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to better serve our employees.

Our non profit is growing and old policies are not conducive with our new staff. Need to revamp vacation/sick etc. and update other policies.
Am easy to read up to date handbook will support our employees and the organization.

  • Professional identifies any existing policies that should be modified
  • Professional identifies any new policies or areas that should be addressed and included
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback
