Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
Edit and revision of existing "Personnel Policy" handbook. Ensure correct and up-to-date information is included such as: Organizational structure, anti-discrimination policies, diversity policy, employment conditions, performance and termination, conflict of interest and confidentiality statements to name a few.
What we have in place
- We currently have an existing Personnel Policy that can be a based-line, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have information that needs to be included as a United Way, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to utilize the funds in other areas such as volunteer recruitment, community emergency service needs - assisting low-to-moderate families with utility, rent/mortgage payments, gas/food cards.
The policy was developed and created over 12 years ago, and has had various amendment added when necessary, such as Cell phone usage.
