- The opportunity to work closely with an experienced, SEO literate copywriter
Additional details
Our current website, albemarlecountypolicefoundation.com, is wordy and a bit confusing. We would like to simplify and streamline our website content to quickly convey to any visitor what we do and why we do it, and how the visitor can help support us. The shell is there, but the content needs refining.
What we have in place
- We currently have a website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have newsletters, FB and other content sources, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,073 , allowing us to focus on community outreach programs which have become the top priority in light of recent national events.
The first place potential donors, grantors and users of our service go is our website. Because it is a bit dense and confusing we are not maximizing this tool for donor conversion or service users. Arguably the website is our most important asset to showcase our work, gain supporters, and promote events and programs. Having content that quickly and succinctly explains our mission and what we do is critical to our success.

It is our mission to promote public safety by supporting the Albemarle County Police Department in its efforts to be a professional, highly educated and trained organization, equipped to prevent crime and enhance the overall safety of our community.
