Facebook Ads Set Up
Facebook Ads Set Up
Project details
What we need
- Creation of a Facebook Ad Campaign for a pre-determined number of ads including advertising objectives, target audience, budget, and schedule
- Training on how to successfully update, monitor, and measure the performance of your ads on Facebook
- Facebook pixel creation, if appropriate
Additional details
Since 2008, JCA Gorlitz Kensington Clubs, a social day program for older adults living at home with early-stage memory loss, has gone virtual. Formally, this Club offered a 4-hour in-person program. I am interested in creating a Facebook ad that would market this reimagined program outside of our traditional referral base.
What we have in place
- We currently have a video editor who can create a short video or unique images, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an updated webpage, Facebook page (JCA)., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to grow the virtual program until the vaccine is available. At that time, the governor of Maryland and the county health officer will re-open all in-person senior programs. (Hybrid model is possible).
KC is 1 of 2 programs at JCA that are fee-based. (others are sustained 100% by govt grants) If we cannot successfully market this virtual program to build the membership, the program could be cut. Currently, there is not a marketing/outreach specialist at our agency so each program develops its own.
Project plan
Our mission
JCA provides the programs and services that support older adults and their families and builds bridges across generations.
JCA is:
*Built on the fundamental values of honoring our parents and strengthening our community.
*Committed to serving the Jewish community and people of all faiths and ethnicities regardless of their ability to pay.
*Person- and family-centered, and thus responsive to the specific needs, values and preferences of the individuals we serve and their families.
*A community partner with government, private funders, other nonprofits and for-profit businesses.
*Driven by the spirit, commitment and hard work of our volunteers and staff.
What we do
At JCA, it's all about aging!
JCA represents something different to every person we proudly serve.
To the isolated senior with no means of getting around, we are a smiling ElderBus driver who cheerfully helps with canes, walkers and wheelchairs and even carries packages with a smile.
To the concerned family member suddenly faced with overwhelming health or home care issues, we are the confident voice of an information specialist who understands precisely the services needed to care for a beloved parent or spouse and can access our unique, comprehensive database to find needed resources close to home.
For the senior who is frail or suffering from Alzheimer's disease or other challenges, we are a safe and caring place that provides dignified assistance at adult day centers that are second to none.
To the older job seeker, we are a friend, advocate, teacher and guide.
JCA is all of this and so much more!
We are vibrant intergenerational programs that build bridges and shatter stereotypes as they help young students succeed in school and life. We are different faces in various places -- but united in our mission of helping local seniors experience the positive side of aging while making the National Capital Area a great place to age.
Testimonials
Beri took time, had an interest in, and became familiar with the JCA brand and agency mission. She had just finished a course about Facebook ads and was eager to share her knowledge with me. She worked with one of our contract designers for an image that represented our particular program and placed the ad. The ad helped with visibility and there was a definite correlation between the timing of the placement of the ad and an increase in inquiry calls for our program. We both learned a great deal in the process.
