Project details

What we need
  • 6-8 coaching sessions with a staff member
  • Actionable steps and advice to address an ongoing managerial issue
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team
Additional details

I'm looking for new ways to build employee engagement and increase outcomes by developing my leadership ability. I'd also like to deepen my knowledge around company culture to bring new ideas and positively impact our organization.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a few employee feedback surveys, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have ideas of how to build community across our network, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,978 , allowing us to put those dollars back into direct service for our youth and provide holiday gifts for the students.

By increasing my leadership ability, I'll be able to more effectively impact organizational goals in a meaningful way. I'd also like to learn new ways to enhance our culture which will hopefully improve employee engagement and overall outcomes.
