  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the Organization's leadership team

I recently moved to a director level position. I would like help assessing my strengths and weaknesses as a leader in an effort to become more effective in my new role.

What we have in place
  • I have completed self assessments in the past, though have never had help analyzing them.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,198 , allowing us to educate and engage more campus visitors with the sea.

My role as Campus Director is a new position at our organization. Our Campus is likely to physically grow within the next year. We are also working on campus programs to make our campus better reflect our mission. I would like to be the best leader I can be to help our organization succeed as it makes these changes.

  • In-depth discussions may include issues such as strategy and goal-setting, program management, personnel management, and board management
  • Various techniques may be employed by the Leadership Coach to achieve the desired results

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional evaluate lessons learned and progress made
