What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have nothing. We use Gusto as our payroll platform and they're amazing. Now we need a real employee handbook, to lay our our Mission, Vision, Values and goals as well as specific compensation and benefits info.

What we have in place
  • I will provide any resources I have, I have a sample employee handbook from another music org. I really need LOTS of help and guidance.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to Maximize our internal processes so we can grow and build capacity.

As a new ED at Project Music, there was absolutely no organizational structure when I started a year ago. Spent much of my first year creating a financial management process and I created a Board Handbook. I want to build an organization that is equitable, respectful, collaborative and fun to work in.
