What we need
  • Up to 3 customized and professionally designed graphic(s)

We are an anti-human trafficking organization and I'm looking for 3 customized designed graphics (or more) to use in email campaigns that elevate our communication and fundraising efforts. I would prefer these designs be developed in Canva as that is the platform that we can easily use. We are currently in a rebranding process but we do have colors and a current logo. Our graphics should look hopeful, rather than dark and should reflect the diversity of our clients.

What we have in place
  • We have a staff member that can act as liaison to explain the project and provide you past examples, and an outline regarding the purposes of communication. We can provide clear guidelines on the types of images to avoid, and the types of clients we serve. We are in the middle of a brand change but we do have current colors, and a logo that can be used. Our goal is to make our emails more graphically appealing.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide 45 hours of free counseling to victims of trafficking and 50 hours of case management services and court advocacy support to victims. 85% of our court advocacy improves victims outcomes.

Our organization like many, has been negatively impacted by COVID. We are doing a lot more emailing to our donors and supporters, and want our emails to stand out and get noticed. We believe this project will bring in greater funding that will allow us to better serve the 150+trafficking victims we are currently helping. We don't have the time/capacity to do professional graphic design to engage a reader, nor do we have a budget for such. This will make a huge impact in our email campaigns.

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphics and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
