Project details

What we need
  • Well-written and compelling copy for marketing or communication materials; examples include a brochure, blog post, one-pager/fact sheet, fundraising/promotional materials
  • Messaging that is consistent with brand identity, public relations strategy and communications objectives
Additional details

Help us develop a format and postings for a series of brief book reviews that will encourage teachers to use diverse supplemental books year round in classrooms and will encourage donors to purchase the books for teachers to use. Ideal volunteer will love reading children's literature, have a committment to diversity and social justice and enjoy research and writing.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a book list with categories of diversity, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website to link to, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to purchase more books for classrooms.

This project is critical to our organizations expansion. Better reach with branded and focused social media will increase donor involvement. Teachers will benefit from exposure to new supplementary reading that will enable them to involve all students in exploring diversity and social justice.
