We are a small team that works collectively and collaboratively. I am interested to see if the team feels good about the culture and environment. As a new leader, I would like to gauge the overall feel of the team. I am open to plans and ideas for team and morale building.
What we have in place
- We currently have a small team with an open mind and a reltively new team, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an open-door policy, a strong foundation, a personel policy, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to invest more resources into our community. The more productive we can be, the more our community will benefit!
I have been in the position of CEO for 2.5 years. I understand the organization well at this point. I am a new leader with a small team. We have had one new employee join the team in 2020.
We are successful, but I think that we cannow take things to the next level. I would like to see increased productivity and capacity.
We are seeing new challenges of working through the pandemic. Staff is working remotely at times, taking in-person engagement and events to virtual, etc.
