What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have an employee handbook reviewed by counsel in 2018, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a Finance Director and Exec Dir to work on the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to focus resources on our mission of providing scholarships, coaches and mentors to students in community college overcoming barriers to reach their goals of earning a college degree.
Our current employee handbook is outdated and we need to revise the handbook's remote working and PTO policies. Your assistance will help me to better manage the employees and give them clarity regarding the rules. Thank you.

-Raise funds for Norwalk Community College programs and scholarships
-Invest, administer and distribute funds so that students of all ages continue to benefit from challenging opportunities for self-improvement and intellectual growth
-Inspire and engage our community to share talents and resources.
