Project Details

What We Need
  • Well-written and compelling copy for marketing or communication materials; examples include a brochure, blog post, one-pager/fact sheet, fundraising/promotional materials
  • Messaging that is consistent with brand identity, public relations strategy and communications objectives
Additional Details

We are creating a fundraiser and have an invitation letter, sponsorship letter/form and disability resource letter/form. We need copy writing and editing along with creating these forms to be able to be filled out on-line. We have a volunteer building the website for this fundraiser and the forms are vital in securing the disability resources and sponsors necessary for it's success.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have the letters and forms already written, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our logo for the forms, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to add to our fundraising for the expansion of our shop/warehouse and for purchasing warehouse shelving that is greatly needed.

These forms and letter are vital to securing the disability resources and sponsors necessary for the success of our fundraiser.

  • Volunteer Manager communicates initial concept for deliverables to be created
Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of copywriting deliverables, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing
Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares first drafts of copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length

All Blessings Flow is a local faith based non-profit that collects, refurbishes, and redistributes used medical equipment and supplies to those who are uninsured, underinsured, and are struggling financially to afford these items on their own.
