- Training on how to track performance, set up reports and analyze the data collected online
- Set of guidelines for data collection, interpretation and analysis

Hello - we have a behavioral health information and referral website, www.helphappenshere.org that needs some significant update. Google analytics has been set up on the site, but I have never been trained to use it. I am looking for training assistance, getting our dashboard set up, and gleaning information about our current website to help guide future web update projects. I have limited Wordpress proficiency, and am the primary person updating our site currently.
What we have in place
- We currently have Google analytics installed in the site, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have myself and another volunteer, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,772 , allowing us to maintain staff to support communications efforts.
We want to understand how our current site is being used before embarking on a web update. We coordinate public awareness of a range of behavioral health organizations in our region in Central Virgina. Mental health services and messaging and resources that reduce stigma are more important than ever during the pandemic.

The Community Mental Health and Wellness Coalition's mission is collaborating to promote behavioral health and wellness through planning, advocacy, and access to effective services. We serve the Central Virginia communities of Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson Counties.
