What we need
  • A detailed, unbiased audit of the Organization's culture including current strengths and areas of improvement
  • Actionable steps to promote team happiness and productivity
What we have in place
  • We currently have Staff member and board member, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an executive director, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to redirect into gen ops

As a equity advancing nonprofit it is critical that our staff and team work in a culture that is healthy and that promotes equity.

Prep: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with an overview of the Organization's current workplace culture, perceived strengths and areas for improvement
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional any Organizational policies, programs, and/or procedures that influence workplace culture
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with past reviews or feedback that the Organization has gathered from employees (if any)

Milestone 1: Research & Evaluation
  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session and agree on best method to conduct assessment
  • Professional conducts assessment
  • Professional garners feedback from other team members (if necessary)

Milestone 2: Recommendations
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager connect to discuss findings
  • Professional provides final thoughts on the Organization's culture, as well as areas and actionable items to continue to focus on

Our mission

The Loop Lab is a BIPOC-led nonprofit social enterprise specializing in media arts internships and digital storytelling. Our mission is to empower Womxn and People of Color in the media arts to develop careers in audio/video through job training and job placement.
