Our Employee Handbook needed updating and I have worked with our Personnel Committee and Council of Michigan Foundation's to produce a draft. I am looking for an HR professional audit of the draft before it is presented to our Board of Trustees for approval and adoption.
We are currently transitioning leadership (both CEO and Chair) and hiring a new Administrative Assistant. This project will help us with the HR transitions and make sure we have appropriate policies in place going forward.
