Project Details

What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details

Our Employee Handbook needed updating and I have worked with our Personnel Committee and Council of Michigan Foundation's to produce a draft. I am looking for an HR professional audit of the draft before it is presented to our Board of Trustees for approval and adoption.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have DRAFT version of the updated employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to employee files, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to allocate resources to professional development of our new staff.

We are currently transitioning leadership (both CEO and Chair) and hiring a new Administrative Assistant. This project will help us with the HR transitions and make sure we have appropriate policies in place going forward.
