What we need
- Audit of the existing systems and processes; the audit is limited to hiring and termination practices, work scheduling, payroll processing, benefits administration, insurance, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
- Implementation of chosen software (if necessary)
- Training on maintenance tasks
What we have in place
- We currently working on starting an HR department and have hired someone as an HR/Operations manager.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to to help develop the HR department.
We are expending and adding more people to the team and would like to have systems and softwares in place to help us stay organized and focused.
