What we need
- Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
- A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
- Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
- Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We need a CRM database to manage both schools and donor leads. It needs a "Contact next date" field.
What we have in place
- We currently have loads of spreadsheets with research, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have 3 researchers and 3 sales reps to populate the CRM, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to put more hotspots in schools
We are embarking on our donor fundraising phase. We need to manage these leads more easily and effectively.

What we do
Digital Wish is a 501c-3 nonprofit on a mission to solve technology shortfalls in education. Every child deserves a technology-rich education to provide them with the skills necessary to thrive in the global economy. Digital Wish partners with technology providers to distribute free or reduced-cost educational technology such as refurbished laptops, tablets and internet "hotspots" to schools and teachers. Digital Wish manages a community of 64k educators in the US, assisting them with their technology needs through lesson plans, fundraiser campaigns for their "technology wishes" and access to affordable educational technology used in the classroom. Since its inception in 2006, Digital Wish has granted over 31,000 technology wishes to educators worth over $17 Million, and administered grants together with Verizon, Dell, Motorola, Henderson Foundation, and Microsoft.
