What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We have already spent time drafting a new Employee Handbook. We would like someone to review the draft and give us feedback on the content. Are we missing any policies or procedures that should be included, and also just an outside opinion on the handbook.
What we have in place
- We already have a draft of the new Employee Handbook that will be sent for review. It is 150 pages.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to invest money into other areas of our organization.
One of our goals is to ensure we have engaged employees and we feel the Employee Handbook will assist us with obtaining this goal.
