What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We are looking for editing, adding visual content, cleaning up or splitting audio content for a very raw video we put together. We'd like to input fills, graphics and other content versus just having me presenting/speaking.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a raw video, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have graphics, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to spend on putting together a mental health wellness event to support youth and families on reducing stigma and increasing access to care.

This project will help introduce members of our community to what we do and how we function. It will increase awareness and promote youth mental health.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
