Our organization has grown through the past years and is ready to take the leap to move from our young volunteer "working board" into a representation and advisory Board of Directors. We would need support in developing a recruitment plan for this new Board as it is a space which we have limited knowledge in.
This project will be the stepping stone in our organization's growth as a non-profit. With a strong Board of Directors we wish to develop a sound impact roadmap and give space for our current executive committee to invest into our membership and programs instead of on organizational growth.

We envision a world where LGBTQ+ people in the STEM community are empowered to achieve success in a safe and supportive environment that celebrates their diversity and unique contributions.
