- Note: This project does not include actual board recruitment on the part of the Professional
Additional details
Our organization has grown through the past years and is ready to take the leap to move from our young volunteer "working board" into a representation and advisory Board of Directors. We would need support in developing a recruitment plan for this new Board as it is a space which we have limited knowledge in.
What we have in place
- We currently have a Mission and vision statement, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a preliminary draft of identities we would like represented, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,822 , allowing us to make strides toward our current goal of starting a scholarship program for LGBTQ+ Students in STEM
This project will be the stepping stone in our organization's growth as a non-profit. With a strong Board of Directors we wish to develop a sound impact roadmap and give space for our current executive committee to invest into our membership and programs instead of on organizational growth.
