What we need
- A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
- Accurate, print-ready specifications
Additional details
We're also seeking to have the final product:
*optimized for website viewing
*packaged and supplied, fully editable including all images and fonts
What we have in place
- We currently have an outline of the content we will write as we are seeking your expert recommendations on how to arrange the material. We are creating the content in full as I post this project, following an aggressive timeline.
Original images are on hand and stock photography will be obtained as needed either on our end or in partnership with our designer.
We also have our most recent Annual Report as a guideline and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to funnel all funds into continuing to provide technical assistance to school districts seeking housing options and other critical community projects.
HEART has not produced an Annual Report since 2016. It's time to showcase what we've been up to!

Our mission
HEART formed in 2003 as a 501(c)(3) to raise capital from public and private sources to address critical housing needs in San Mateo County.
What we do
HEART is a nonprofit public/private partnership among the county, the cities, and business communities dedicated to increasing the supply of affordable housing by providing financing for the acquisition, construction and rehabilitation of affordable and workforce housing in San Mateo County.
HEART's work includes providing housing advisory services to cities, school districts and other potential affordable housing developers.
HEART also manages a first-time homebuyer loan program for moderate-income households.
