MicroCare Community Development Solutions have several interviews and pictures with our beneficiaries/clients that we have. We need help turning them into 4-8 compelling success stories that we can share with our donors and supporters as part of our end-of-year appreciation and fundraising campaign.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have two stories, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have pictures to attach to these stories., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to tell our story, generate followers and clients. Put our name out, known to grantors and the community.

Marketing emails and writing stories about our programs' achievements are essential and probably urgent to show our nonprofit startup works. We need to set up an email marketing system. First, we need to search for discount offers or free marketing email systems.
Write successful one story a month, but at first, it will be more than one story to share with our donors and supporters as part of our end-of-year appreciation and fundraising campaign.

  • Volunteer Manager provides examples of existing communications and marketing materials such as links to website and social media, brochures, and other collateral
  • Volunteer Manager provides brand messaging guide and marketing strategy (if applicable)
Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss goals of email marketing, target audience, and desired style and tone of writing
Milestone 2: First Draft
  • Professional shares first drafts of email copy with Volunteer Manager for feedback with respect to style, tone, clarity, and length
