  • Note: This project does not include the creation of content such as emails, print materials, or social media posts

FREC is looking for a professional that is well into their anti racism learning journey and eager to work with a non hierarchal collaborative of volunteers. FREC has worked through its mission towards anti racism throughout all Minnesota communities for over ten years with an annual 'Overcoming Racism' conference and 'Racial Equity Leadership Institute.' What we have in place
  • We currently have sketched out some initial thoughts to our marketing plan, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated committee of volunteers ready to meet, discuss, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $15,298 , allowing us to invest in further programming and better align ourselves to produce our first online conference in respect to Covid complications. There have been many unexpected expenses this year in preparation.

We are looking for ways to impact FREC's awareness within the community to therefore positively affect our volunteer roster and fundraising capabilities.
