What we need
  • A professionally designed report, up to 10 pages, in high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications

Greetings! ACCEL San Mateo County is a consortium of five adult schools and three community colleges. We are seeking a professional report. We are ready to move on this project, we have all the data and text.

What we have in place
  • We currently have School Snap Shots with data already prepared, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the Executive Director to work with you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,817 , allowing us to develop more workforce training programs which lead to in-demand higher wage employment.

This will be our first annual report. Our consortium is funded by the California Adult Education Program. We have a limited budget, and are seeking to produce this project to raise our visibility among students, commmunity and workforce.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual branding guidelines, finalized copy, and any additional content to be included in annual impact report
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of previous annual reports with Professional (if any)

Milestone 1: Brainstorming
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the story the Organization wants to tell and brainstorm how key data can be highlighted and visualized
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon a timeline

Milestone 2: Preliminary Impact Report Design & Feedback
  • Professional creates a preliminary design and shares with Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager reviews and provides feedback
  • Repeat feedback process (if necessary)

Milestone 3: Final Impact Report
  • Professional delivers final version of annual impact report in PDF format, with print-ready specifications

Our mission is to support adult education students' transition to college, workplace success and community contributions.

What we do

ACCEL San Mateo County seeks to meet the common skills needs of businesses and individuals. Our educational programs align foundational basic skills and occupational education with career navigation services to offer opportunities for adults to obtain credentials with regional labor market value, find and succeed in living wage jobs. The programs offered by our member organizations integrate basic skills and career specific training in industry where new skills are in demand. Students in our programs receive career guidance, advising, and support services.
