We have a handbook but need help developing some new policies/procedures including: policy on background checks/required health screening, initiating and implementing a performance improvement plan, employee grievance, reporting concerns about actions of members of our org.
We are a small org that serves students with disabilities in Washington DC. Having help with this project will allow us the peace of mind that we are being clear with our staff. It will also allow us to focus on our mission of serving students.
The DC Special Education Cooperative (Co-op) supports special education in DC public charter schools by cultivating high quality programs and professionals, collaborating to leverage resources and build capacity, and creating innovative special education programs and services.

The process is very clear. We meet each other once a week virtually and set a target for each week to complete. The Volunteer Manager is very nice that she gave me constructive feedback on my work.
