What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have a handbook but need help developing some new policies/procedures including: policy on background checks/required health screening, initiating and implementing a performance improvement plan, employee grievance, reporting concerns about actions of members of our org.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of items that need to be added, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to invest in programs and materials that serve teachers and students.

We are a small org that serves students with disabilities in Washington DC. Having help with this project will allow us the peace of mind that we are being clear with our staff. It will also allow us to focus on our mission of serving students.
