What We Need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional Details

Yes to both of the above, plus help establishing salary ranges.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have benefit policies, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have not sure what this means, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to focus on building the capacity of local nonprofits.

We need to have our policies in writing for our growing staff (2 FT, 3 PT)
