Additional details
The Maryland Association of Resources for Families and Youth (a program of Maryland Nonprofits) is an association of private child caring organizations providing foster care, group homes, and other services through more than 200 programs across Maryland. We are in need of a flyer illustrating the domino effect of the child welfare funding crisis.
What we have in place
- We currently have a concept and written copy, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have background information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to fund our child welfare lobbyist in Annapolis.
The Maryland State Child Welfare System is rapidly losing ground and programs are closing down, leading to lack of adequate capacity to address the needs of Maryland's most vulnerable children. This graphic will help advocates explain the crisis to those less familiar with it.
