What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We would like to create one 30-second video or a series of five 10-second videos from existing video stock. A second option would be to place voiceover on existing pictures and make into a 30-second video that can be used with social media. It is a part of our "We did it the right way" video series.

What we have in place
  • We currently have video footage and photographs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff person to work on the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to focus on expanding the use of social media and ultimately increasing our scholarship fund.

This project is pivotal to our year-end campaign and will contribute to our ability to provide 40 scholarships to financially and academically deserving students entering college.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

Our mission

The mission of the Tuskegee Airmen Scholarship Foundation is to provide motivation, vocational access, and scholarships to financially and academically deserving students seeking careers in aviation, aerospace, STEM and beyond.

What we do

Provide 40 $1,500 scholarships annually to high-performing low-income underserved students across the nation. Working with some 30+ chapters in the US and Virgin Islands, the foundation seeks the best and brightest students seeking careers in aviation, aerospace, STEM and beyond.
