Project Details

What We Need
  • Print-ready brochure template provided in a high-resolution format (jpeg, pdf, etc.)
  • Accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: This project does not include printing
Additional Details

We have a brochure for the museum that is quite dated. We've started a new brochure draft in-house using publisher but could really use some design assistance.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have a draft brochure in publisher with text and images, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have additional images/text as needed, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to spend more funds on programs, like our History Hunters field trip program that is provided free to low income schoolchildren in Philadelphia.

These brochures serves as the main physically printed marketing materials that we use to attract visitors to the site and to promote our mission and programs.

Project Plan

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with high-resolution logo and visual brand guidelines or examples, images you'd like to include in brochure (if applicable), and finalized copy for brochure
Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager meet to discuss goals of brochure, target audience, and style preferences
Milestone 2: Preliminary Design
  • Professional performs initial design and layout and sends to Organization for up to 3 rounds of review and feedback
Milestone 3: Final Design
  • Professional finalizes designs, digitizes the artwork and delivers high-resolution versions, along with print specifications to Organization
  • Professional advises on best practices for printing

Our Mission

The NSCDA/PA strives to present a balanced, diverse, and accessible interpretation of Stenton, the c.1730 home of James Logan. We accomplish this by developing educational approaches, affiliations, and collaborations that inform and engage visitors of all ages and backgrounds; preserving cultural resources of the site relating to the history of the Logan family, enslaved Africans, Native Americans, laborers at Stenton, and the site's place in American history; and supporting research activities that shed light on the history and significance of all actors at Stenton, enhance the interpretive programs, and enrich community life.
