What we need
  • Detailed evaluation of a particular program, measured outcomes, and its impact on Organizational goals
  • Recommendations for areas of improvement in program delivery including allocation of resources
What we have in place
  • We can provide our current logic model as a starting place.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to provide comprehensive eye care to 140 more children.

We created an initial logic model and I would like help updating the outcome portion and designing ways to collect information and evaluate the metrics. This will help us strengthen our funding requests and inform program improvements.
