Project details

What we need
  • Thorough review of the existing communication and marketing materials to ensure writing is understandable, engaging and consistent
  • Edits conducted with respect to writing style, voice, length, and proper spelling and grammar
  • Revised materials should adhere to branding, communications and marketing goals
Additional details

Every Bottom Covered is seeking to set up a Fundraising Plan for the organization. We are looking to establish multiple streams of income to support sustainability for the mission to end diaper need.

What we have in place
  • We currently have ideas on what ways we can add creative fundraising efforts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time to work on brainstorming together, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to continue securing warehouse space and purchasing the necessary basic supplies to keep fighting to end diaper need in Western New York.

This project is important because our Organization has been largely grassroots and relied upon receiving product donations; however, we need to work on capacity building to ensure that we can fund programming and workshops and to secure staff to execute the sustainability.

Our mission

We are a non-profit organization built to help struggling families and keep their babies healthy by providing them with clean diapers and basic hygiene supplies. Like a caring and supportive close friend, we work with families from all different makeups, especially when they are down to the last diaper or feeling hopeless. By donations, fundraising and volunteer efforts, we inform, serve and elevate our community every single day.

What we do

Every Bottom Covered intakes clients and provides, through both partnerships and direct distribution to the families, clean diapering and basic hygiene supplies to underserved families in low-income households. We also work to advocate that diaper need be included in federal funding as diapers are not covered under any other low-income programs, such as SNAP (food stamps).

Testimonials

Matthew was great to work with! He was observant and patient. He really examined the website and marketing materials and assessed what we can do to update the verbiage. I thoroughly enjoyed him and would work with him again!
