What we need
  • A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
  • Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details

I'm looking to create a donor survey to collect data on people who support us. I'm looking for demographics, as well as questions about why they support our non-profit and how they like to be contacted. I have a draft of a survey already but it's in a very early and rough state. This survey will go out to all new donors and eventually to donors in our database. This evergreen survey will continue to gather data as we reach new people.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a survey draft, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have person dedicated to this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to really know our donors and will help guide future fundraising for our non-profit.

It's important that we get to know our donors in this way so we can communicate and ask for donations in an effective way.
