What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
What we have in place
- We currently have the bare bones of an evaluation process, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have forms to get started with, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to Add a more robust HR database and support system
As an org with no clear performance review/evaluation in place, we have no systemic way to give and get feedback during the employment of our staff.

Our mission
Seeds of Awareness mission is to transform schools and communities by cultivating empathy, connection and support. We value racial and social equity and aim to empower disadvantaged communities and people of color by focusing a majority of our services in these communities.
What we do
We implement counseling and mentorship programs in schools, teach social emotional learning in the classrooms, and provide mindfulness-based community counseling offering and nature-based social skills groups to our local communities. Additionally, we are sharing our expertise with community and business trainings in mindfulness .
