Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

Broader review of our policies and procedures. Organizing them into one document. Review what we have and help devise any additional needed. This is not just employee handbook but also other broader policies and procedures.

What we have in place
  • We currently have basic policies in place, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff responsible for various areas, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to provide financial coaching and build and rehab homes for families.

This will help us be more organized in our policies and procedures to make sure we are current. This is especially needed for when staff may be out for COVID or vacation and others need to know what there role does.

Our mission

We build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. Share our vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

What we do

People in your community and all over the world, partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With our help, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and their families.

We build and rehab homes, provide free financial coaching, help with home preservation, and neighborhood development. Our ReStores fund our mission and keep items out of landfills.

No matter who we are or where we come from, we all deserve to have a decent life. We deserve to feel strength and stability day after day. We deserve to know we have the power to take care of ourselves and build our own futures. At Habitat for Humanity, this is what unites us. Through shelter, we empower. Our shared vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Because you, me, we -- we're all humans. And every single one of us deserves the opportunity for a better future.
