What we'd like to talk about
I'd like some advice on how to start the strategic planning process.
Additional context
Our founding ED left the organization in December and our DD left in Feb. We have an interim team of staff acting in these roles while also trying to continue programmatic and supervisory responsibilities. The board is historically disengaged, but the staff is very passionate and excited about doing strategic planning. We are very community-based and want to ensure that as we do this important project we are engaging all of our stakeholders and making decisions based on community needs and wants.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.
