What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We need a 1-3 minute video edited (raw footage is ready). This will include adding logos and overlaying text. The final video will be shared online (website, facebook, mailchimp).

What we have in place
  • We currently have 2 minutes, 3 seconds of raw footage (interview), which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have logos and a script, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to keep more funds in our granting programs that support non-profits in our community.

With the cancellations of fundraising events, we had the opportunity to partner with a local business to raise funds for our organization. The business (a jewelry business) created two necklace pendants for our organization and each sale will mean a donation to our organization. This project will be one of our main marketing items to help the fundraiser be successful. Funds raised will support arts and environmental causes.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
