What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
With special attention to newly implemented NY State Laws regarding COVID-19 leave and division of PTO/Sick Leave requirements.
What we have in place
- We currently have a digital copy of our employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to new regulations and first draft of our changes, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to apply savings to our Patient Assistance Fund in order to help meet the needs of our patients in financial distress.
Updating the Employee Handbook will help our organization remain compliant with state and governing agencies as well provide clear communication to our employees as to how the organization will serve them as compensation for their partnership in fulfilling the goals and mission of the company.
