What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We are looking for a video edited to go with our service proposals for other nonprofits we plan to work with. Instead of sending them a 3 pager proposal, a simple video outlining the problem, solution and partnership would be what we are looking for.

What we have in place
  • We currently have The content for the video, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have graphics and how we want it to look, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to focus on spending time finding the partnerships and having conversations.

This is SO important to us as we are looking to gain partnerships in the future and this would allow us to gain more traction, be innovative and impact more individuals.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
