What we'd like to talk about

We would love advice regarding best strategies and important considerations for converting our brick-and-mortar thrift shop to an e-commerce platform.

Additional context

We would love to find a volunteer who has had real world experience in transitioning into e-commerce and who can advise as to both strategies/considerations for making the change as well as advising about possible e-commerce platforms. We are looking at whether to have only select inventory available for the e-commerce sales platform and not looking to mirror the entire store's inventory online.
