- A 1-2 page document that summarizes your Organization's impact and goals for continued programming and services.
What we have in place
- To better assist you in your efforts, we can provide:
1. A staff member strongly committed to managing project and implementing feedback.
2. Staff member responsible for Organization's strategic planning and/or financials, able to assist with gathering and sharing of key business plan documents to ensure timely and successful completion.
3. Working draft of a business model that include documents such as mission and vision statement, financial plan, operating budget, strategic plan, etc.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to continue serving the Washington, DC communities most in need through high quality after-school programming at NO cost!
TFS is seeking a skilled volunteer to help our organization effectively convey our organizational goals and impact! Through a detail-oriented Executive Summary to summarize our strategic plan to key constituents, such as our employees, donors, and advisors, we're hoping to successfully communicate our organization's mission/vision to continue serving DC youth most in need.

The Fishing School prepares public elementary and middle school students for success in high school and life by improving their academic performance and life skills; and engaging them and their parents in intensive, multi-year, and research-based out-of-school time and parent engagement activities.
